Time to prepare: Approx 5 minutes

Finely dice 4 large tomatoes and 4 spring onions.  Handling 1 green chilli very carefully, halve and cut into fine slivers.

Add the chilli (and if you want it fiery hot, the seeds too!) together with 2 finely chopped garlic cloves to the tomato mixture.  Cover and chill.

This is a nice fiery addition to simply grilled meats and fish, with new boiled potatoes or even for use with tortilla wraps.
