Time to cook: Approx 20-25 minutes

Loin steaks are extremely simple to prepare and they're perfect for any season with the correct accompaniment.

On the hob, immerse the chopped carrots and potatoes in cold water.  Bring to the boil and simmer for 18-20 minutes - until tender.

Meanwhile, pre-heat the grill and cook the loin steaks for around 5 minutes each side.  Be careful not to overcook.  Once cooked, check the juices run clear - with no pinkness.

Enjoy with a generous serving of apple-sauce.
