Prepare pork fillet by cutting into thin medallions. Heat oil in a pan and cook for 4-5 5 minutes. Add cream chees with black pepper and milk. Heat gently for 2-3 minutes until melted.
Serve the pork filled into bread sandwich and fill with salad.
