Moroccan Pork

  • Moroccan Pork

In a dish mix together cumin, cinnamon, ginger and natural yogurt. Add the pork and mix well to coat. Cover, refrigerate and leave for 2-3 hours for the flavours to infuse. Barbecue or grill for 16-20 minutes turning once.

Serve with couscous and a large mixed salad.

  • 4 lean Specially Selected Pork chops or loin steaks

  • 5ml cumin

  • 5ml cinnamon

  • 2.5ml ginger

  • 150g pot natural yogurt
