- 3 large carrots, chopped
- 450g baby potatoes

1.On the hob, immerse the chopped carrots and potatoes in cold water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 18-20 minutes – until tender.
2. Meanwhile, pre-heat the grill and cook the loin steaks for around 5 minutes each side. Be careful not to overcook. Once cooked, check the juices run clear – with no pinkness.
3. Enjoy with a generous serving of apple-sauce.
