Moroccan Pork

Ingredient list

  • 4 lean Specially Selected Pork chops or loin steaks
  • 1tsp cumin
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2tsp ginger
  • 150g pot natural yogurt


1.In a dish mix together cumin, cinnamon, ginger and natural yogurt. Add the pork and mix well to coat.

2. Cover, refrigerate and leave for 2-3 hours for the flavours to infuse.

3. Barbecue or grill for 16-20 minutes turning once.

4. Serve with couscous and a large mixed salad.
